she was off in this tournament but she is a freshman and she had confidence issues, even her sister said it. Freshman hit a wall and she just happened to hit it unfortunately in the tournament. However it would help her to have a backup PG so she can play some shooting guard and get her shot going. That honestly is why Magarity runs the point sometimes or Emery. But neither one of them is meant to be a PG. Mabrey isn't on the all freshman team for nothing. Second the defense does need massive help and we have had that problem all season long with getting out on shooters. Honestly that is a big reason as to why we couldn't close out games. Magarity is more than capable of bringing the ball up. She literally can play every position. Not trying to be mean but it is obvious you have only seen three games. Losing Emery and Magarity is huge and this team should have been in the tournament this year. Granted if Mabrey can be the leader going forward it is going to come down to getting better recruits to go around her. After the seniors leave she will be the best player on the current roster left. Sheppard has potential to be that too but for some reason she hasn't developed much since being here.
